Ekaterina Timofeeva leads Boston Consulting Group's expert practice in personnel development and personnel management in Russia and the CIS. She is a core member of the firm’s global Healthcare practice area and is an Expert of Healthcare practice in Russia and CIS.

Since joining BCG in 2004, Ekaterina has worked with a wide range of clients in various industries. Within healthcare, she has worked in all the segments focusing mostly on work with private providers and investors into this sector, advising them on such topics as market entry strategy, growth, operations, M&A.

Within People & Organization, Ekaterina worked with clients from various industries focusing on topics around organization design, employees engagement, HR.

Ekaterina also has deep experience working with government agencies, and she notably led a project with the Moscow government to set up an International Medical Cluster in Russia. Ekaterina is regularly quoted in the media on developments in the Russian healthcare market.

In addition to her client engagements, Ekaterina helps lead a number of BCG initiatives and programs, including the Moscow Charity Committee and the Women’s Initiative. Prior to joining BCG, Ekaterina worked at Norilsk Nickel in the strategy division.
