Liska Schmitz is a core member of BCG’s Technology, Media, and Telecommunications and People & Organization practices. She has extensive experience advising clients on strategic, organizational, and transformational topics. 

Liska’s particular focus is on digital transformations in media – working with senior leadership teams on business strategy and operating model changes. She has expertise in business model evolution (from print or linear tv / radio to digital), growth strategy, organizational design, change management, cost transformation and financial performance management as well as ad sales operations.

Liska previously worked in the firm’s Hamburg, New Delhi and Chicago offices. She speaks fluent German and English and conversational French, Italian, and Spanish.
