Since joining BCG in 2006, Reiko has worked closely with clients in various sectors on business unit strategy, scenario planning, large-scale turnaround, transformation and organizational reform. She has rich experience in forecasting the future market landscape using massive data and statistics, capital investment planning and strategy formulation incorporating scenarios. Reiko currently serves as a Vice Chairman and Executive Director of the Japan Association of Corporate Executives, as well as a member of governmental advisory councils.

Prior to joining BCG, Reiko was a managing director at the Industrial Revitalization Corporation of Japan (IRCJ), a government-sponsored private-equity fund tasked with revitalizing the Japanese economy. She also worked at McKinsey & Company and at the Kirin Brewery Company.
