The best part of working at BCG is that not a single day is the same. The diversity of the work, the everyday challenges you face, and the teams you are working with make BCG a great place to work.
I joined BCG in August 2015 as a recruiting assistant to the Brussels team. Since then, I have had the chance to work on a very diverse set of topics and with many different people and teams.
When I joined BCG, I would never have believed that I would learn so much in only a few months’ time. At BCG, I learned how to understand and face challenges and go the extra mile in everything that I do. BCG really helped—and continues to help me—in shaping my own path.
For me, the best part of working at BCG is that not a single day is the same. The diversity of the work, the everyday challenges you face, and the teams you are working with make BCG a great place to work.
