BCG’s Grant Freeland, in his guest column for Forbes, writes about the all-in effort needed to reach the tipping point for digital transformation. Freeland argues that successful digital transformation requires total buy-in from senior leadership. Quoting from a BCG article he coauthored, he states that “the more disruptive the initiative, the more the CEO and digital leader will need to free the organization from the shackles of legacy and habit.”
