Drosten Fisher is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods and Global Advantage practices, where he is a member of the North American leadership team, with a particular focus on joint ventures and international go-to-market strategy. He is experienced in due diligence, cross-border M&A and leads the firm's Corporate Diplomacy offering. 

Drosten works with multinational companies in emerging markets, and with local champions entering Western markets, often combining corporate strategy with political analysis. He works with clients on strategy, growth, and organizational effectiveness. Drosten’s client engagements have included US and international aerospace and defense companies and other agencies. 

Before joining BCG, Drosten had over a decade of strategy consulting experience, primarily at the Monitor Group. He also worked at Bridgewater Associates, a hedge fund, on the Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) team and has worked in a personal capacity for former CIA Director George Tenet and the King of Jordan.
