Fanny Potier-Koninckx is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s People & Organization practice.

Over the course of her career, Fanny has helped global companies in a wide range of industries create competitive advantage through best-in-class leadership and talent programs. She is a core member of BCG’s Creating People Advantage team, which specializes in human capital research. On this team, she led the creation of www.creatingpeopleadvantage.com. Fanny also has significant experience in postmerger integrations, having helped numerous companies create cost synergies through the harmonization of HR policies and programs.

She has partnered with organizations to address issues related to talent management, rewards programs, HR strategy, and leadership effectiveness.

Prior to joining BCG in 2015, Fanny was a senior partner at Towers Watson. She previously worked with the Euler & Hermes Group (Allianz Group), in both the corporate finance and the sales departments.
