Henning Schierholz is part of Boston Consulting Group's Leadership Team in Germany and leader of the firm's Hamburg office. He is also responsible for the relationship between BCG and a large European railway company. His focus is on transportation and logistics, with a special focus on rail. In addition, Henning is one of BCG's experts for large-scale transformations of industrial goods companies. 

Since joining BCG in 2004, Henning has been working extensively on strategic, digital, organizational, and operational topics in rail. In the area of digitization, he worked with his teams on new digital business models and digitizing the customer interface, as well as on defining the vision for digital railway operations. In parallel, he has led multiple transformations for mid-sized players in the machinery, construction, and mining industry.
