Josh Feinberg leads transformation and BCG TURN—BCG's unit that helps CEOs and business leaders deliver rapid visible, and sustainable step-change improvement in business performance, while strengthening their organizations and positioning them to win in the years ahead—in North America. He also leads the services sectors in North America and is a member of the Consumer; Marketing, Sales & Pricing; and People & Organization practices.

Since joining BCG in 2007, Josh’s work has focused on advising clients in the consumer and business services and food and beverage sectors. He has acquired deep functional experience in go-to-market optimization, distributed business operations, and distribution.

Prior to joining BCG, he was cofounder and director of strategy and business development at a US health care services company.
