Anne-Françoise Ruaud joined Boston Consulting Group in 2011. She is a core member of the Technology Advantage and People & Organization practices and specializes in large-scale digital transformation, helping large companies to structure, design, and deliver transformation and strategic projects. Anne-Françoise has led digital transformation, culture, and change management projects in the oil and gas, banking, and automotive industries.

Among her client projects, Anne-Françoise supported a leading French bank in defining and implementing an agile transformation of its IT department and worked with an international oil and gas company in setting up a digital center.

Prior to joining the firm, Anne-Françoise worked for four years as a postdoctoral researcher, conducting projects on animal physiology and aging in the US and Germany.
