Gaurav Nath is the global leader of The Boston Consulting Group’s Center for Digital in Industrials. He is an expert on landing data-driven large-scale change for the Commercial and Supply Chain functions.

Gaurav is responsible for the Future Value Chain platform, BCG’s approach to digital supply chain transformation. He brings deep experience in the design and application of predictive analytics in supply chain, sales, and the interfaces that bridge these functions with operations. In this area, he has worked with clients across the materials and process industries, most recently in metals, to transform their supply chains. These programs have delivered both tangible EBITDA and cash benefits in the short term, and have helped instill new behaviors and capabilities for real competitive advantage.

Since joining BCG in 2003, Gaurav has also worked extensively with clients in emerging economies, including several of BCG’s Global Challengers. He also has knowledge of building materials and is well-versed in metals and mining, the automotive arena, and engineered products.

Before joining BCG, Gaurav worked with the United Nations Development Program to implement internet-based market models for rural communities.
