Ken Davidson is a member of the Consumer practice at Boston Consulting Group. Ken is a retail and consumer goods expert whose client work focuses on merchandising, pricing and promotions, procurement, private label, and marketing and sales. He is also experienced in transformations and post-merger integration (PMI), as well as customer insights and segmentation. Ken sits on the board of Second Harvest Heartland (one of the largest food banks in the nation).

Ken has worked with retail, distribution, and consumer clients on a wide variety of growth, cost, digital transformation, and go-to-market programs.

Prior to joining BCG, Ken worked in marketing for Best Buy Co., Inc, and General Mills, Inc. Before attending business school, he practiced law at Bennett Jones, LLC in Calgary, Canada.
