Shoaib Yousuf is an expert on digital transformation and cybersecurity at Boston Consulting Group, and a core member of the firm's Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice and DigitalBCG. He has worked with leading telecommunications, technology, and oil and gas clients across Europe, Asia, and Australia.

Shoaib's client work focuses on shaping and executing transformative programs, typically enabled by digital processes and advances in technology. He has taken the lead on multiple projects identifying and building new businesses, and transformation of operations and capabilities enablement to drive better customer experience and growth ambition.

Shoaib started his BCG career in the Singapore office in 2015 before transferring to the Middle East in 2017. Prior to joining BCG, Shoaib served as a VP for IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture & Cybersecurity at the leading telco group in Southeast Asia and has led multiple transformation projects across both business and technology in a range of industries, including mining, utilities, financial services, telecommunications, and law-enforcement.
