Carmen Bona is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice. She is also a core member of the Corporate Finance & Strategy, and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice areas.
Carmen focuses on the media and entertainment sector, working with film and TV studios, TV networks, multichannel video programming distributors (MVPDs), over-the-top services (OTT), digital advertising, and gaming players. She has led and executed numerous projects covering strategy, corporate development, marketing, transformation, and operating model and organizational design.
Among other projects, Carmen has led a cost efficiency program for a major studio, a due diligence of a sports TV network, a digital marketing optimization effort for a film distributor, and the strategic plan for a Pay TV operator. She has worked with clients in the US, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and Europe.
