Fabrice Roghé is the leader of The Boston Consulting Group’s People & Organization practice in Europe and the Middle East, a member of the firm’s Operations and Corporate Development practice groups, and a core member of its Industrial Goods practice.

Since joining BCG in 1999, Fabrice has acquired deep knowledge and experience advising clients across a number of sectors, including chemicals, industrial goods, consumer goods, and shipbuilding.

He believes that people are the basis of competitive advantage and that organization is required to turn individual talent into collective performance. For Fabrice, helping clients build sustainable high-performance organizations, fit for purpose and designed to win, is the most rewarding experience in consulting.

Before joining BCG, Fabrice was an intern with Bertelsmann Music Group.
