Frederik Lang is a consultant in the BCG Henderson Institute (2015-2016), supporting the research of the BCG Fellows. Frederik joined the firm in 2012 and has primarily worked with strategy and sales optimization within industrial goods and health care.
Frederik's recent case experience includes supporting the postmerger integration of two engineering consultancies, assessing the Nordic business unit of a European pharmaceutical company and developing recommendations for brand renaissance, and evaluating costs and revenue synergies in due diligence within the industrial-goods sector.
