Ivan Kotov heads the Consumer Goods and Retail practice in Russia and CIS for Boston Consulting Group, and is also a member of the Technology, Media, & Telecommunications practice.

Ivan has broad experience in successfully supporting consumer sector clients with developing market entry strategies and operations improvement programs. He is a topic expert in procurement, organization design, procurement infrastructure, and support systems.

Ivan brings to his projects a blend of entrepreneurial, industry, and consulting experience in Russia, Europe, and North America. He has led projects in corporate strategy development, restructuring, and operational efficiency for the largest Russian and international companies.
