Konstantinos Apostolatos is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer Goods practice and senior affiliated member of the Corporate Finance & Strategy practice. He joined BCG in 2020, bringing more than 30 years of consulting experience, particularly advising chief executives and their leadership teams on corporate and business unit strategy, corporate governance organization, top-line growth, large-scale transformation, and M&A—primarily in consumer goods and consumer health companies across the globe.

Before joining the firm, Konstantinos was a senior partner at Kearney based in London, and before that, he worked at Marakon and Arthur D. Little. At Kearney, he held several leadership roles, including Global Strategy Practice Leader, Member of the European Leadership Team, leader of the Global CEO Agenda CoE/Boardroom services, and regional leader of the Consumer Practice. He received several performance awards there, including best-performing partner in Europe in 2019. Konstantinos was also a prolific writer of articles and LinkedIn postings at his previous firm, as well as publications sponsored by the World Economic Forum.

Konstantinos was the leading senior ambassador at the World Economic Forum in 2019. He is fluent in English, French, Dutch, and Greek, and has a good basic knowledge of German, Spanish, and Italian.
