Nikolay Yakovlev is an expert in transportation (with air transportation as his main area of focus), retail and consumer goods at Boston Consulting Group. Nikolay is the BCG global lead for airline infrastructure and airports.

Since joining BCG in 2007, Nikolay has implemented a wide range of projects for Russian and international clients, including airports, airlines, and aircraft manufacturers, as well as retailers and the tourist industry players.

Before joining the firm, Nikolay served as vice-president of marketing and strategy for the Russian Fitness Group (known under its World Class brand). He also held various management positions in manufacturing, quality assurance, and with R&D companies in the food industry (Mars, Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods).
