Rajah Augustinraj specializes in new business/startup entry, international business strategy, digital transformation, and operational performance improvement as a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods, Public Sector, Corporate Finance & Strategy, and Global Advantage practices. He has served BCG clients across North America and Asia, and is deeply involved in BCG’s social impact work, particularly in education, employment, and welfare.
Rajah served as an ambassador and Strategy Lab leader at BCG Henderson Institute on the topic of new globalization, exploring macro-trends in globalization and their impact on global business strategies. His research and writings were incorporated into BCG's flagship book on the topic, Beyond Great: Nine Strategies for Thriving in an Era of Social Tension, Economic Nationalism, and Technological Revolution. Rajah joined the firm in 2014, after 12 years in engineering and delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs.
