No! This event is specifically designed to be an introduction to consulting and BCG and is completely non-evaluative. We welcome students of all majors to apply to learn more. There is no prior knowledge of business concepts required to attend and enjoy this program.
Undergraduate students from all fields of study and backgrounds, currently located within the United States (and will be through April 2019), are welcome to apply. This event is only for current sophomores at the following schools: Brown, Columbia, Dartmouth, Harvard, MIT, Princeton, Univ. of Michigan, Univ. of Pennsylvania, Univ. of Virginia, and Yale. If you are a junior or freshman, or attend a school not listed here, please visit your local school website for more information regarding when we will be on your campus!

BCG has a strong presence on many campuses and will connect directly with those who indicate an interest in pursuing a full-time or summer internship position with BCG. Yes! As we always receive significantly more applications for these special events than we have space for participants, your status from this application only relates to the Advance program. For information regarding future BCG events either on your campus or offered virtually, please visit your local school website on BCG careers. This will also not impact your internship application for which recruiting will take place in the fall.
No. The office preferences collected on this application are to help us connect you with people in your office of interest. They can also be changed after the event has taken place should you learn about a new office or meet new people. All US offices are excited to review applications. We encourage you to list the office location(s) in which you are most interested in living and working. All offices have the same interview process.
This specific event is for those currently located within the US. With over 90 offices in 50 countries, BCG actively recruits and holds events across the globe. You can view our office locations and find out about events located near you on www.bcg.com.
No. BCG will cover all travel expenses associated with this event, including roundtrip transportation to and from the city of your workshop on the event date (within the US only), ground transportation, all event meals, and hotel rooms will be provided on a case by case basis based on your school’s location. There is no program fee.
