Bridge to BCG 2021 will take place virtually May 24 through May 27. Programming will take place in the evening to help students balance their work/lab/academic schedules. In addition, Bridge participants will be invited to optional engagement opportunities occurring throughout May and June.

Our 2021 Bridge to BCG application has three components – an online application that must be submitted by Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 11:59 PM ET, as well as two online activities that must be completed by the corresponding dates outlined below. Candidates can expect to hear about the status of their application by early May.

As part of your application, you will have to complete two additional online activities. These activities will help us get a more comprehensive view of you as a candidate. Failure to complete these online activities within the allocated timeframe will result in an incomplete application.
We ask that you select the BCG offices located where you wish to live and work full-time. If accepted into Bridge to BCG, we will pair you with other participants interested in the same offices/regions during your simulated case team experience. For this reason, we ask that you not change your office preferences after applying to Bridge to BCG, though we will consider personal extenuating circumstances on an as needed basis.
Yes, but it is not a case interview! As part of the Bridge to BCG application you are asked to complete a one-way video interview. At BCG, we're interested in getting to know you beyond your resume and hope to understand why you're interested in a consulting career.
BCG looks for ADC candidates who have illustrated a history of achievement and leadership inside and outside the classroom, are stellar communicators, and are passionate about problem solving. Candidates should not only highlight their academic qualifications but also the ways in which they've begun to look beyond academia for experience.
We encourage you to still apply to the Bridge to BCG program even if you have a conflict during the dates of the workshop. If you are selected to participate, we can discuss alternative options as needed.
Absolutely! If you are not invited to Bridge, we still encourage you to reapply in the summer for a full-time position. Your Bridge application will not hinder your chances of getting an invite to interview for full-time work.
