Ben Sheridan

Partner & Managing Director

Ben Sheridan is a Partner in BCG's San Francisco. Ben joined the Boston Consulting Group in 2006. He has worked in the New York and the Boston offices, and is a core member of both the financial services and corporate development practice areas. Ben was a Summer Associate in 2005 and previously worked in the account management group at Cossette Communications. He holds a BA in Sociology from Harvard, and is an avid chef and golfer.

Will St. Clair

Recruiting Director

Will St. Clair is a Principal in BCG’s San Francisco office. He has a diverse industry and functional background, with deepest expertise in tech, financial services, energy and start-ups. Will is most passionate about innovation topics and sales and marketing capabilities. Will received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his BA in Economics from Claremont McKenna College. He is an active runner, enjoys all things outdoors and loves traveling off the beaten path.

Elizabeth Nymberg

Recruiting Manager

Elizabeth is the Recruiting Manager for BCG's San Francisco office. Previously, Elizabeth managed Associate recruiting for the BCG NY Metro offices. She joined BCG in 2004, and has worked with both the M.B.A. and Ph.D. programs in addition to the undergraduate recruiting program. Elizabeth holds a B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University and enjoys yoga, running and cooking.

Christine Ng

Recruiting Associate

Christine joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2016. At BCG, her efforts are focused on consultant recruiting for the San Francisco and Seattle office. Christine received her B.A. in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She is a sports enthusiast who enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Nicole Hallarman

MBA1 North American Specialist

Nicole Hallarman is a Project Leader in the San Francisco office of The Boston Consulting Group. Nicole joined BCG’s San Francisco office in 2014, after spending the prior summer with BCG as a summer consultant in Washington, DC. She earned her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and her MA in Education from the Stanford Graduate School of Education. She graduated from Yale University with a BA in History. At The Boston Consulting Group, she has worked with clients in industries including global health, education, and energy. She enjoys cooking, baking, and travel, especially when shared with friends and family.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Project Leader in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Coordinator

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Coordinator, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.
