Here you will find information on BCG's recruiting process for students who are currently enrolled in a JD, MD, PhD, or post-doc program at the University of Pennsylvania, including information about our presence on campus, upcoming events, recruiting contacts, and the application process.

Mike Brochu

Recruiting Partner

Mike Brochu is a Partner and Managing Director of the Philadelphia office. He joined the firm in 2006. Mike is a core member of the Strategy and Operations practices at BCG and works primarily in health care. He also was an Ambassador to BCG's Vienna office for a year. He serves as the Recruiting Partner for both the Philadelphia office and the University of Pennsylvania. Mike received his BS with high honors in Chemistry and History from the College of William and Mary and his MS in Chemistry from the California Institute of Technology.

Drew Donovan

Recruiting Director

Drew Donovan is a Principal in the Philadelphia office. He joined BCG in 2010 after working as a summer consultant. Since joining BCG, Drew has worked on cases in retail, industrial goods, and pharmaceuticals. He serves as the Recruiting Director for the Philadelphia office and the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the firm, Drew worked at Lockheed Martin. He received his BS from the University of Notre Dame in Aerospace Engineering and Theology and a Masters in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as earning his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Sonia Passer

Penn ADC Specialist

Sonia Passer, Project Leader, joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2015. She has worked primarily in healthcare and sales and marketing, helping clients in a number of areas, including strategy and operations. Prior to joining BCG, Sonia received her Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Pennsylvania, where she majored in Biochemistry. In her spare time, Sonia enjoys cooking and reading fiction.

Mia Bryan

Recruiting Coordinator

Mia Bryan is the Recruiting Coordinator for BCG's Philadelphia office. She joined the firm in 2015. Mia oversees the Philadelphia office's recruiting processes and assists with recruiting at the University of Pennsylvania. Mia earned her BBA from Temple University and is currently pursuing an MS in Human Resource Management there. Prior to joining the firm, Mia worked as a recruiter for the US Department of Navy and the Community College of Philadelphia.

Meagan Kenney

Recruiting Assistant

Meagan Kenney is the Recruiting Assistant for BCG’s Philadelphia office. She joined the NYC firm in 2014 and transferred to the PHI office in 2016. Meagan manages the Advanced Degree Candidate recruiting program with the University of Pennsylvania. Meagan received her BFA magna cum laude in Music Theater from Elon University and is currently working towards her M.S in Adult Education and Organizational development from Drexel University. Before working for BCG, Meagan worked as project manager for a construction consulting firm and acted in regional and local NYC theater.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Project Leader in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Amy McKnight Fazen

Head of Consultant Campus Recruiting

Amy McKnight Fazen is the Head of Consultant Campus Recruiting at BCG. She joined the firm’s Boston office in August 2011. Prior to joining BCG, Amy was Vice President of Business Operations at XL Hybrids, a MIT start-up. She also worked in corporate finance at the TJX Companies and as a strategy consultant for both Altman Vilandrie & Co and Cambridge Strategic Management Group. Amy graduated from Colgate University and holds a S.M. from the MIT/WHOI Joint Program in Oceanography. Amy also received a MBA from MIT Sloan, where she was a Forte Fellow and Co-President of the MIT Energy Club. In her spare time she enjoys biking and spending time with her husband and two daughters, Addie and Reid.

Megan Panzer

NAMR ADC Recruiting Associate

Megan is the Recruiting Associate for the North America Advanced Degree Candidate team, working primarily with MD and JD candidates. Prior to her current role, Megan worked in the BCG Boston Office supporting both MBA and ADC Consultant recruiting.  Megan graduated from Bates College with a BA in Psychology. She is currently based in San Francisco and enjoys taking advantage of everything California has to offer!

Riti Vats

NAMR ADC Recruiting Coordinator

Riti joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2015. Prior to BCG, she worked as a Recruiter at Sabre. Riti received her B.A. in Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University. In her free time, Riti loves to travel, hit the gym, and spend time with family and friends.

Marichal MacDonald

NE ADC Recruiting Coordinator

Marichal MacDonald is the ADC Recruiting Coordinator for BCG’s Northeast Offices (Boston, New Jersey, New York, Philadelphia and Washington, DC). Prior to her current role, she managed ADC recruiting for the New York office and headed all campus efforts at Columbia, Princeton, UPenn, Yale and the Tri-Institute, as well as for MBA students at NYU Stern and Yale SOM. Marichal graduated from Dickinson College with a BA in Political Science. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, world travel, sailing and Seinfeld trivia.

Bridge to BCG: Students who will be graduating next year and plan to begin full time at BCG in 2018 can apply for Bridge to BCG, a three day summer workshop that allows you to learn more about management consulting and BCG. Please note, Bridge to BCG is open to candidates in North America.
