Rohan Sajdeh joined The Boston Consulting Group as an associate in the Sydney office in 1995. He is a core member of the firm’s Consumer practice. He is also the cocreator and global topic coleader for BCG's Demand Centric Growth™ approach. His extensive experience in Demand Centric Growth™ includes working with clients across a broad range of food and beverage categories in both developed and developing markets to achieve material share gains and accelerate growth.

Rohan has a track record of unique insight and transformative impact through his work with clients in the consumer goods industry. His experience covers a diverse array of categories, including snack and breakfast foods, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, dairy, glassware, and residential windows. He also has deep experience supporting transformations in the sporting industry.

Rohan’s main areas of expertise are corporate and business unit strategy, Demand Centric Growth™, innovation, marketing and sales, and go-to-market topics.

Rohan brings a global perspective to his work, having studied and worked in Sydney, Mumbai, Cambridge (UK), and Chicago. He has served clients across five continents—in both developed and emerging markets—on global issues.

Rohan has played professional-level cricket in England and Premier-Division field hockey in Sydney.
