Senior Partner & Managing Director
The faster China can develop a strong local base for specialty chemical companies, the faster it will be on the path to a low-carbon footprint, high productivity, and a high value-added specialty chemical industry. The key enablers to achieving this accelerated pathway are not only the buildup of strong technological positions but also management of key talent resources, especially in engineering, R&D, and the commercial organization.
Yves-Pierre Willers joined The Boston Consulting Group in August 1994.
