Program overview: GFL was created to identify, develop, and support top Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino and Native American/Alaska Native students with the goal of helping them become leaders in consulting and the global business community.

Summer experience: It’s a paid 10-week summer internship hosted in offices across the US. Interns will be paired with a mentor, participate in training and development programs, and work as a member of a BCG team. Upon successful completion of the GFL Internship Program, individuals are eligible to be considered for a summer internship offer for their junior year.

The application will ask for:
- A resume with optional cover letter (you may upload your resume twice if the system requires cover letter and you do not want to submit one)
- College transcripts
- ACT and/or SAT scores with subscore breakdowns
