Managing Director & Partner
Camille Brégé is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods practice. She leads BCG GAMMA in France. GAMMA is the firm's AI, data science, and advanced analytics unit.
Camille leads sales and pricing and advanced analytics engagements for her industrial goods clients.
Since joining BCG in 2007, Camille has led over 60 engagements. Recent projects include a data-driven transformation at a B2B client to boost commercial performance, developing and implementing pricing tools for an infrastructure client, and commercial transformation (segmentation, sales set-up, etc.) at an OEM.
The longer the threats of inflation, recession, and disruption persist, the more B2B companies will need to use a wider range of pricing options to maintain strong financial performance.
Rather than see B2B inflation as a dire threat, companies should view it as an ideal opportunity to make long-overdue changes to pricing practices. The attention of senior leaders will never be more focused on pricing than it is right now.
Many companies want to apply AI to improve their processes. Those that focus first on pricing tend to get better results faster.
Companies that see through these misconceptions can set course on the journey toward making the right decision on price at the right time for each customer.
