David Bronstein is a senior advisor at Boston Consulting Group. He previously led the Principal Investors & Private Equity practice for the Americas. He joined the firm’s Chicago office in 1997, transferring to the Sydney office two years later, before returning to the U.S. in 2001.
David works with private equity clients on due diligence and portfolio support projects across a variety of verticals, including financial services, business services, consumer, education, industrial goods, health care, and energy. He has significant expertise in corporate development, operations improvement, and post-merger integrations.
Before joining BCG, David was a financial analyst in BlackRock’s account management group in New York.
