Dominik Bill joined Boston Consulting Group in January 2017. He is a core member of BCG’s Transform practice, as well as the Restructuring task force. He leads engagements on performance improvement, business modeling, and liquidity management for small-, medium-, and large-scale companies.

Since joining the firm, Dominik has worked with clients on developing comprehensive restructuring concepts in different industries (corporate finance, automotive, industrial goods, fashion/retail, and more), focusing on performance improvement, cash and working capital management, cost saving measures, financial planning, and operational restructuring.

Before joining BCG, Dominik spent four years as a manager in transaction advisory and restructuring at EY.
