Drake has been with the Boston Consulting Group since 2007. He leads the BCG relationship with some of the world’s most innovative and mission driven companies in the Consumer and Technology industries. In that role, he has significant experience advising C-suite executives on their agenda and orchestrating the best of BCG to partner with the broader organization to deliver results.
From a functional topic standpoint, Drake specializes in customer centric growth, digital transformation, operational excellence, and business model innovation. In addition, he is pioneering new partnership models between BCG and technology companies to help clients innovate and digitally transform.
Drake also plays an advisor role to startup companies in the B Capital Group portfolio, and Social Impact organizations such as the Tipping Point Community.
Prior to joining BCG, Drake worked in the corporate development and operations group at The Walt Disney Company.
