Moundir Rachidi is head of Boston Consulting Group’s Operations Center for France and affiliated offices. He is a member of the firm’s Industrial Goods, Consumer, and Energy practices.

Moundir is a worldwide expert in operations management and a coach to multiple operations executives. He has extensive experience on issues of supply chain management, manufacturing, and operations change management.

He contributed to an online course on Digital Transformation. The course, developed by BCG in partnership with the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and Coursera, enables students to examine the pace of digital change and the imperative it creates for businesses.

Since Moundir joined BCG in 2010, he has focused on enabling clients—particularly operations managers—in a variety of functional areas. He has also led numerous operations transformations and implemented the lean approach in multiple industrial sectors.

Before joining BCG, Moundir’s 15 years of experience included senior management positions in operations, most recently at Toyota as head of operations at a large plant in Europe. He previously worked for Bertelsmann Arvato Services as operations director for Europe and for Whirlpool as a supply chain and procurement manager at plant and European headquarters.

Moundir is an integral part of BCG’s Operations Center in Paris, one of ten global operations centers that serve as hubs for comprehensive operations support and offer tailored, fully integrated solutions to optimize operations for long-term success.
