Erik Flinck is the managing partner for Boston Consulting Group’s Stockholm office. He is a senior expert focusing on engineering products in B2B and B2C. In addition to core strategy topics, Erik supports companies in developing next generation go-to-market approaches including multichannel/digital and how to establish customer/consumer relationships. Erik is also deeply engaged in driving enterprise digital transformations by establishing approaches that over time build e2e data availability to enable efficiency, new business models, and analytics.

Erik rejoined BCG in 2015 after working as the head of group strategy and M&A at Sandvik, where he was responsible for overall groupwide initiatives, supporting key business area transformations, and developing the company’s oil and gas strategy and platform. He previously worked at BCG from 2005 to 2012.
