Malte Clausen is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Climate & Sustainability practice and a member of the leadership team for the Nordic region.

He works collaboratively with clients on growth and capital allocation strategy across industries, with a particular focus on renewable energy and food ingredients. He believes strongly in the impact potential of the growth of low-carbon products and solutions.

Malte came to BCG with 15 years of experience in consulting and line management. He previously led his own consulting firm, headed a business unit at Vestas Wind Systems, and been a manager at McKinsey & Company.

Malte holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MSc from London School of Economics, and a BA from the University of Copenhagen.
