Mario Gamper was part of the founding team for BCG Digital Ventures in Berlin. He is currently responsible for coordinating Boston Consulting Group’s DV efforts in Automotive & Mobility in Central Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and is a member of the leadership team of the BCG Center for Mobility Innovation and the Center for Digital in Automotive. He is also a member of the Digital Ventures Berlin Consumer practice. 

Mario is an experienced entrepreneur with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing and award winning cross-functional product teams. He has turned innovative ideas into reality for more than 15 years, and he is an expert in combining a user-centric perspective with a deep understanding of how technologies and other factors drive disruptive change. 

Mario has taken multiple DV Ventures to successful launches, and is an expert in ventures in mobility (such as on-demand mobility, intermodal mobility platform), as well as consumer goods ventures (such as IOT analytics ventures in food and beverage, and e-warranty business with personalized marketing).

Before joining BCG Digital Ventures, Mario led ideation and strategy teams at an innovation lab in Berlin, focusing on new mobility solutions and the future of marketing. He also built an award-winning digital design agency in Berlin, and turned around a digital experience lab in Seoul, South Korea.
