Raoul Ruparel is the director for Boston Consulting Group's Centre for Growth, which aims to drive sustainable and inclusive economic growth by working with businesses, government, and wider society to deliver breakthrough outcomes.

Raoul is an expert in economic policy, trade and investment, and the wider political and policy landscape in the UK and the European Union. He has worked in both the private and public sectors. He has advised extensively on the implications of Brexit, helping businesses to best position themselves to mitigate any impact and take advantage of the opportunities arising from the UK’s exit from the EU. He has worked in government and political entities to set strategy and shape negotiations.

Raoul’s previous roles include Director of Trade and Investment at Deloitte, Special Adviser to Prime Minister Theresa May on Europe, and Special Adviser to the Secretary of State for Exiting the EU. Raoul has also previously been a member of the British Chambers of Commerce Economic Advisory Group and a contributing author for Forbes on macroeconomics.
