Thiago Cardoso is a core member of the Infrastructure and Energy practices at Boston Consulting Group with a special focus on infrastructure.

Since joining BCG in 2006, Thiago has worked with clients across an array of industries and functions. He has acquired deep experience in strategy, corporate development, and people and organization topics.

Thiago believes that the success of a project is defined by how much positive change BCG creates for our clients' businesses. To excel at this, he feels that the best strategy is to use a cooperative approach that takes advantage of the client’s experience and of BCG's ideas and drive.

Prior to joining BCG, Thiago worked mainly in the financial services sector.
