Timothy Mandefield is a core member of the Financial Institutions and Technology Advantage practices of Boston Consulting Group.

Since joining BCG in 2001, Timothy has worked with clients across the financial services industry on issues related to strategy, business development, and performance optimization. He has helped numerous institutions conduct major transformation plans, redefine their operating models, redesign their support functions, and reorganize their information technology functions.

He has also worked on technology-related topics with companies across multiple industries including energy, luxury goods, consumer goods, and industrial goods. Examples of his recent projects include reviewing an IT strategy, redefining an IT organization and governance, defining a new operating model for digital IT and, elaborating an IT shared services strategy.

Prior to joining BCG, Timothy completed an internship at Linklaters in Paris, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions.
