Aymen Saleh is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice at The Boston Consulting Group.

Aymen joined BCG in 2007. His primary focus is working with clients in the financial services sector. He has deep experience in large-scale transformations, postmerger integration, organizational design, back-office efficiency, and sourcing.

Aymen believes that, for the CEO of a large financial institution today, effective execution capability should be at least as important as a sound strategy. "Good execution is the nearest thing to virtue in business," he explains.

Prior to joining BCG, Aymen was a senior manager with Accenture's Capital Markets strategy team. Aymen started his career as a software engineer in IBM.
