László Juhász leads the Budapest office of Boston Consulting Group and is also responsible for BCG's business in the Southeastern Europe region. Since joining BCG in 1999, he has served leading international and local companies in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region, helping to develop and implement their strategies. László's primary focus is on helping key clients in various sectors in the CEE region in their transformations and operational-improvement programs.

László leads the firm’s social impact efforts in Budapest to address issues of shared public interest and to advance common causes in the areas of public health, development, education, infrastructure and the environment. László is a core member of the Industrial Goods, Financial Institutions, Insurance and People & Organization practices at Boston Consulting Group. He is also a member of the Consumer practice.

He is lead partner of the firm’s Budapest Integrom program, a private-sector, civil-society partnership created to provide qualified Roma applicants access to corporate careers.
