Our Research Makes a Clear Business Case for Diversity
When companies and governments embrace diversity and inclusion as a critical driver of success, they are more likely to prosper and last.
We asked BCGers from around the world and across roles to tell us about a colleague (current or former) who is an advocate for gender equality, how this person exemplifies this, and why they admire this colleague. We received submissions from BCGers across varying positions and business units within BCG, from 15 different countries. One pair was chosen as winners of our fourth annual IWD contest, and will attend the 11th annual BCG cosponsored Women in the World summit, a platform for activists, businesspeople, artists, politicians, and celebrities who tell the stories of how they break through gender barriers in both business and society.
