Jason is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s Center for Digital Government and a leader of the Public Sector practice in Australia and New Zealand. He is currently chair of the client team in Asia Pacific (with responsibility for BCG's transactions, pricing, and investment), as well as a member of BCG's Asia Pacific management team. Jason is a core member of the Technology Advantage and People & Organization practices, and a member of the firm’s change-management cadre—a worldwide group of senior change-practitioners.

Jason works with government agencies to drive fundamental change in their business models. He is an expert on organization and operating model design, sourcing and procurement, technology, and large-scale change. He also has extensive experience with major transformation programs in the telecommunications, financial services, and industrial good industries.

Before joining BCG, Jason was a cofounder and director of the Galt Group in Melbourne (a boutique procurement and sourcing advisory firm). Prior to that, he practiced law in Washington, DC, specializing in complex commercial transactions.
