Patrick Franks is a member of the Operations, People & Organization, and Corporate Finance & Strategy practices at Boston Consulting Group. He is active in the firm’s work on large-scale change and zero-based budgeting, with a primary focus on transformational restructuring, operating model redesign, and cost takeout. He helps clients transform their operating models to drive top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.
Patrick has led teams developing the strategy, and delivering transformational initiatives, for C-Level clients in many different geographies and in industries including consumer goods, retail, pharmaceuticals, airlines, hospitality, oil and gas, and utilities.
His case experience includes zero-based spend (ZBS) and zero-based organization (ZBO) enterprise transformation programs for multiple Fortune 100 companies with an emphasis on finance, procurement, and supply chain functional areas. Prior to joining BCG, Patrick was a Managing Director at Accenture Consulting for ten years.
