Qin Xu is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions practice, focusing on capital markets, investment and commercial banking, and asset management.

She serves as a professional member on the digital securities committee of the Securities Association of China, providing expert advice on numerous topics, and as a lecturer on various trainings by the Asset Management Association of China.

Qin has acquired extensive experience in advising top financial institutions in Greater China. She has helped many leading commercial banks, securities companies, asset managers, and financial holding companies develop and execute strategies.

She has also worked with many large global financial institutions, helping to expand their China market, and she has aided nonfinancial institutions in formulating an internet financial strategy. She is a chartered financial analyst (CFA).

Before joining BCG in 2007, Qin worked in the corporate and investment banking division of Société Générale. She also taught at Institut National des Techniques Économiques et Comptables.
