After we acquired Stockmann, The Boston Consulting Group designed a development strategy for the next five years. Our consultants conducted a market research and found out that Stockmann’s brand awareness in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg reaches 96%. In the cities that are potentially interesting for Stockmann’s brand, the awareness was over 80%, which is also quite a good result. It became clear that Stockmann is well known in Russia, so the decision was made to strengthen the brand.
