According to projections of Frost & Sullivan consulting company (its research was published last Tuesday), in 2017 sales of passenger cars in Russia, which have been steadily declining since 2013, will increase by 3.6% to 1.5 million vehicles. A similar outlook is shared by AEB (4% growth), although it was formed in the beginning of the year. AvtoVAZ President Nicola Mohr and the new president of Ford Sollers Adil Shirinov have recently said that overall sales may rise up to 10%. According to AEB estimates, June saw a 15% growth.
