In his guest column for Fortune, BCG’s Martin Reeves discusses the annual Future 50 Index, a collaboration between Fortune and the BCG Henderson Institute (BHI), which ranks the companies best positioned for breakout growth. According to BHI research, “nine of the 50 companies that made this year’s list have at least 40% female executives,” and more than half of them are in the technology sector. Reeves writes that these findings further the idea that gender diversity and tech potency drive growth at future-oriented companies.
