BCG Middle East
In 2015, BCG opened its 82nd office in the center of Riyadh to support Saudi Arabia’s diversification agenda. We use specialized employment initiatives to create a strong, dynamic local talent base, and then we continue to invest in local staff through training and mentoring.
BCG provides specialized consulting services to Saudi-based clients in all sectors—identifying our clients’ greatest opportunities, addressing their most critical challenges, and transforming their businesses. In addition to working with clients in Saudi Arabia, BCG realizes the importance of making a difference within local communities. We participate in social-impact programs—including one that fosters youth entrepreneurship—in order to help the Kingdom thrive socially and economically.
BCG in Riyadh is situated within a large commercial hub in the heart of the city, surrounded by traditional and modern architecture. With staff from a range of different countries, the office is always buzzing with a motivating and inspiring vibe.
At BCG in Riyadh, I have had the opportunity to try new fields and, in particular, to discover a passion for public-sector and labor market strategy. This work gives us a platform from which to help build nations and reach millions of people with our solutions. It is exciting to be part of such high-impact initiatives.
Growing up in London, I was very used to diversity—but even so, I was struck by the richness of our firm in the region. My current team of six boasts six different nationalities and five different native languages. This richness helps us bring better solutions to the client and is a very rewarding environment to work in.
