The heart of our kitchen is our espresso machine! Many great collaborations have begun while attempting to achieve coffee perfection. This striking open and light dining space is where we meet to share knowledge and experiences, hear great speakers, and focus our efforts on better ways of meeting our clients’ needs.
Regular downtime is important to us. Themed lunches, drinks evenings, presentations, and trivia and game nights bring us together away from the intensity of case work. For offsite events, we explore Sydney’s hottest new venues in pursuit of the perfect blend of socializing and reviving.
Our Fit ’n’ Healthy committee keeps us balanced and fit, and we collectively support various charities such as Wayside Chapel, Pets in the Park, and Our Big Kitchen.

We also collaborate closely with BCG Digital Ventures (BCGDV), our incubation and investment arm that invents, builds, invests in, and scales products and businesses at startup speed. BCGDV brings together a multidisciplinary team consisting of designers, engineers, product managers, and venture architects. Launched in Sydney in 2014, BCGDV has innovation and investment centers and labs in Manhattan Beach, Berlin, London, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Silicon Valley, and Tokyo. Together, we deliver unique, real technological advantage.
BCG opened in Australia and New Zealand in 1990, following a merger with Australia’s leading independent management consulting firm, Pappas, Carter, Evans and Koop (PCEK).
