Alyssa DeCamp is a core member of the Aerospace & Defense team at The Boston Consulting Group. She conducts original analysis and brings deep knowledge of the market.
Alyssa’s work with clients includes assessing the US defense market for the new CEO of a defense company; performing supply chain analysis on an aerospace supplier; helping to develop and execute a cost-out procurement process for a large, multinational defense company; and assisting in a postmerger integration (PMI) for a mid-cap aerospace and defense company.
Prior to joining BCG, Alyssa worked as an intelligence analyst for the US Coast Guard, focusing on international vulnerability assessments. Her industry experience includes working for two prime defense contractors at the Department of Homeland Security. Additionally, she completed a fellowship with the Office of the Secretary of Defense, posted to the US Army (G-1). Alyssa served as a legislative intern in the office of a US Senator, a parliamentary aide to a UK House of Commons MP, and as a legislative intern for the Massachusetts House Minority Leader.
